e-Learning for the Modern Learner

Web development is my work & hobby. I spend my free time developing tailored solutions including the creation of e-Learning solutions (LMS), websites (CMS), digital menus and product catalogues, but in my evenings and free time I’m always messing about and experimenting with new things, this part is my hobby and I love it!

I understand that the modern learner wants accessible learning that is inspiring, fun, quick, enables them to experience and experiment, helps them problem solve and practice and apply new skills, enables them to learn when they need to and allows them to collaborate, share and learn from others. I also understand that employers need their team members to know company procedures, comply with the law, actively improve their performance levels and contribute to business goals.

I aim to design e-Learning solutions that excite, delight and work for the modern learner whilst at the same time make a measurable contribution to organisational performance objectives. I pride in creating innovative e-learning solutions and building learner appropriate strategies, which stand tall on the strong base of technology and research.
